CRP is a course designed for NPSC aspirants and covers all three stages of the NPSC Civil Services Examination which are the Prelims, Mains and the Interview round. NPSC examination, like any other CSE, demands fully focused dedication and commitment and CRP adequately meets all the requirements of candidates willing to crack the NPSC exam early in career right after graduation or post graduation.

The duration of the course is 8-9 months with a total of 500 Plus hours of classes.             CRP also offers two additional programmes dedicated to Prelims and Mains namely the Prelims Capsule Program (PCP) and Mains Capsule Program (MCP) which is completely free for all the students at NICSE. These programs are aimed to deliver last-minute update and revision. The Prelims Capsule Program and Mains Capsule Program help an aspirant to revise and revisit what has already been taught in regular classes along with doubt clearing and problem-solving sessions with respective faculties. Besides PCP and MCP, Interview workshops are conducted since 2014 which are personality based sessions for interview training aimed at guiding an aspirant in making an excellent impression at the final interview round .NICSE is the first institute in Nagaland to introduce the miraculously transforming high octane Interview Workshops. Over the years, many successful students have acknowledged the significance and impact of these workshops on their final performance.

            Once students are enrolled in CRP course, they get the opportunity to honetheir skills by joining the NICSE Students Club which comprises various activities like community campaigns, competitions, motivational sessions by IAS/IPS/NCS/NPS and many such activities that are strategized to develop an aspirant’s personality and interpersonal skills gradually through thematic activities and workshops.
